As soon as your order is processed you will receive an email with a tracking number and details via email. The average shipping time is between 1-3 business days, except for pre-orders or custom orders.
All returns must reach our stores within a maximum period of 15 days, after receiving them.
We do not offer free returns or prepaid tags. You will receive a refund or credit in store, of the value of your purchase without shipping costs included, once the parts have been returned in their original condition. If our tests prove that the parts have already been used or changed (excluding for experimenting), we will not accept the return. The parts will be returned to the customer again, without any notice.
We are not responsible for lost parts by mail, always keep the shipping information.
Together with the articles always send us your receipt and order number.
After we have received the items, you will receive a refund within 1-7 days, without shipping costs included.
