RETURNS AND SHIPMENTS
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with a tracking number and details via email. The average shipping time is between 1-3 working days, except on pre-orders or in case of custom orders.
All returns must reach us within 15 days of receiving them.
We do not offer free returns or pre-paid labels. You will receive a refund or shop credit of the value of your purchase, not including postage, once the items have been returned in their original condition. If our tests prove that the garments have already been worn or altered (excluding for trial purposes) we will not accept the return. The parts will be sent back to the customer without warning.
We are not responsible for parts lost in the mail, always keep the shipping information.
Always send us with the items your receipt and order number.
Once we have received the items, you will receive a refund within 1-7 days, shipping costs not included.
